1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and dbt222 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the dbt222 website, mobile application, and all associated services accessible at dbt222.ws and its subdomains. By creating an account on dbt222, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accessing any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the dbt222 platform and close your account. Continued access to any part of dbt222 after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. dbt222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. 2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on dbt222, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your membership.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from dbt222 or any related platform, whether voluntarily or as a result of a breach of these terms.
• You are not a dbt222 employee, contractor, affiliate partner, software provider, or immediate family member of any such person.
• You will provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and update it promptly if any detail changes.

Each player may hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. dbt222 reserves the right to verify the identity of any member at any time by requesting government-issued photo identification, proof of address, or payment method verification documents.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dbt222 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person, allow any third party to access your account, or use any automated system to interact with the platform.

dbt222 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you receive any communication purporting to be from dbt222 requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to [email protected]. You agree to notify dbt222 without delay if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

• All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, including activity resulting from unauthorised access that you failed to report promptly.
• dbt222 reserves the right to suspend or lock any account where unusual or suspicious activity is detected, pending further investigation.
• Accounts showing signs of automated or scripted activity will be permanently closed without notice.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

dbt222 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods selected specifically for the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers. All transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). dbt222 does not accept deposits in crypto or foreign currencies at this time.

All funds deposited into your dbt222 account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction (method-specific minimums may apply).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours; mobile wallet withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are generally completed within 60 minutes during business hours.
• dbt222 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• dbt222 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages.
• Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate deposit will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of any associated winnings.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

dbt222 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time the offer is presented. In the absence of specific terms for a given promotion, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account and carry wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise, standard wagering requirements are 25x the bonus amount within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Bonuses are issued on a one-per-household, one-per-IP-address, one-per-payment-method basis unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• dbt222 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate a bonus offer — including through coordinated play, arbitrage betting, or multiple accounts — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard withdrawal process once wagering requirements have been met.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dbt222 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the dbt222 platform — including but not limited to the dbt222 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of dbt222 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the dbt222 platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dbt222 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or reputational damage.

dbt222 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dbt222 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice or liability.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the dbt222 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described therein. dbt222 employs industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, dbt222 encourages members to contact support at [email protected] in the first instance so that the matter may be resolved informally. dbt222 is committed to handling complaints fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct correspondence, both parties agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed mediation process before pursuing any formal legal remedy. dbt222's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, account actions, and bonus settlements are final unless demonstrably erroneous.
